How does it work?

If, within 30 days after the purchase of your Skinny Tan product, you find that Skinny Tan does not deliver the desired results contact us on 021 913-3962 or send us an e-mail to pierre@fmcg1.co.za. We will do their best to ensure that you are using the product correctly and explain why Skinny Tan works unlike any other sunless tan product you have used before. If you are still not convinced with our Skinny Tan, we'll give you back your money along with the arrangement that you send used product back to us.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • The customers must inform FMCG 1 Sales within 30 day from date of purchase that they are unhappy with the result     of the product.
  • The customer undertakes that less than half of the contents have been used by the customer during the trial period of 30 days.
  • In the event of agreeing to a full refund the refund will only be affected when FMCG 1 Sales confirms receipt of the returned product sent back by the customer at the customers expense.
  • Purchases paid by credit card will be reversed and credit to the customers credit card account.
  • Purchase paid by electronic funds transfer or cash deposits will be refunded to the banking details provided by the customer via electronic funds transfer.
  • The customers agree and accept the terms and conditions and understand that the process to a full refund is subject to the time period to receive the returned product and the administration and refund transaction process.
