How will my Skinny Tan order get to me?
All our deliveries are sent via SAPO and are fully trackable and insured. Standard Delivery usually arrives within 2-7 business days, and Express will usually arrive between 1-3 business days.

Do you deliver Skinny Tan products internationally?
Unfortunately for customers outside South Africawe are not currently offering international shipping.
What happens if I don't love my Skinny Tan?
We hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

If the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the products or offer you a refund. Please contact us to arrange this.
If you have changed your mind, you can cancel your order but you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please ensure you obtain a tracking number when you return the products to us. You should retain your tracking number in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned products. We will refund you on the original method of payment.
