We're open! But will only deliver after lockdown

In support of the government's decision for the nationwide lockdown, and placing the safety of our staff, customers and the general public at the forefront of our minds, we will not be proceeding with orders and delivery operations until the lockdown period has been completed.
We will remain open for transacting over this period, but we will only process and will, therefore, deliver orders after the lockdown.

When will I receive my Skinny Tan order?
You will receive your order after the lockdown. After 21 days or stated otherwise by the Government
Can I collect my order at your warehouse?
Unfortunately, not.
How do I contact customer service?
To comply with the nationwide lockdown, all our staff are working remotely. Our Customer Loyalty team's phone lines are closed, but you can reach us by completing the Contact Us form on our website.
What if I place an order during the lockdown period?
We will still be taking orders over this period, but due to the lockdown, all operations have been temporarily suspended. As soon as the lockdown is lifted we will process your order with immediate effect.
